Processus actorum, 1497-1800.

The Processus actorum series contains the records of cases presented on behalf of both parties, that is, "in partibus." These cases were those following the normal procedure. The cover of each register indicates the title of the case, the name of the representative (uditore ponente) presenting the case for the parties, and the date of the hearing. Sometimes the names of other successive legal representatives (uditore ponente) and other dates pertinent to the case appear on the cover. The registers are grouped in buste that proceed according to the date of their presentation. There are a few items from other Rota series, for example, Iura diversa and Processus in admissione auditorum. (The 1497 document is in no. 1067, which is not listed in any of the indici.) The indices only list items in the regular series run, not miscellaneous buste and volumes at the end of the series.

65 linear m. (1080 buste nos.).
